Elements of the many modalities of massage are incorporated into this well-balanced experience. Feel the flow of a Swedish massage for relaxation, the pressure of deep tissue massage for tension areas, Thai stretching to elongate the muscles and Shiatsu pressure point massage along with warm spa towels. 

Warm Ayurvedic oil is applied to the forehead and scalp, followed by a face, neck and scalp massage.  This treatment is an excellent choice for those who want to try an Ayurvedic style treatment, as well as for those suffering with tension headaches, TMJ and neck tension.  This can be scheduled as a stand-alone treatment or added to a mini facial or 30 min massage.

was created by a beloved and loyal client who suggested  we blend our 60 minute massage with a sample of Zone Therapy, an Ayurvedic foot massage using shiatsu and reflexology techniques, aromatherapy and a sample of the Indian Head Massage, along with steamed towels for the head, back and feet.  This has proven to be a guest favorite!
